Today's installment of kitten pictures.
I am so glad Little Fuzzy now sleeping through the night. And weaned. That makes things so much easier. She's a little terror now, chasing Noah and McCullough through the upstairs rooms. She loves the fact they run from her.
Still no news on her name, or where her permanent home will be. I haven't decided what to call her if she stays here, so she's Little Fuzzy for now.
Oubliette - (noun, french) a little place of forgetting. A small, windowless room where someone is locked away, forgotten, left to go mad.
This is my personal place to rant and rave like the lunatic I am, my oubliette. It's dark, quiet, and I come here to forget about things. Or maybe to remember them. After all, where does insanity end, and insight begin?

new addition to the oubliette
Once again, The Oubliette becomes home for abandoned cats. Or a six week old kitten in this particular case. The BIL found her under the delivery truck at his work this morning, hiding between the rear tires. Of course, he couldn't let her get hurt, and there was no momma cat to be seen.
So, here she is. She's in quarantine until she gets to the vet and checked out. In the mean time, she's had a bath, has her own cardboard box playpen, and is getting fed kitten formula. Her momma hadn't weaned her yet, she has no idea what to do with the wet food or water in a dish. Good thing I have experience fostering very young kittens - bottle feeding is nothing new to me.
Stay tuned for more photos. And the announcement of what her name will be. For now she's "Fuzzball", "Fuzzy", or "Hairball".

friday catblogging
In honor of her debut as a comic character, I present a photo of Callie.
I don't have any photos of Callie playing in the water bowl right now. I swear she'd go swimming in it if it was bit bigger.
