This time, it's not an avian, a feline, or a homonid, but an ichthian. That's right, the small school of 6 White Cloud Mountain Minnows I purchased a few weeks ago have spawned, and the eggs have hatched. Ok, I didn't know there were any eggs until I saw the fry yesterday evening, then took these shots.
The little dark lines all pointing toward a leaf just to the right of center, near the top are the White Cloud fry. Their eyes sometimes look iridiscent blue under the color enhancing bulb.
All 6 White Cloud Mountain Minnow Adults in a single shot. They are still moving too fast for my exposure speed, but hey, at least they are fish shaped blurs.
